The Upside Down Life!

Smile, laugh, dance and get yourself upside down!  Join Laura in this 2-hour Inversion Party and learn how to safely invert into different variations of Headstand, Forearmstand and Handstand. This workshop is open to all levels, from the beginner inversion lovers to the more advanced, upside-down all the time yogis.  Laura will share all of her tips and tricks to make you more solid and stable in any inversion. Come start your weekend off with a bang!

Balance & Flow Workshop
Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 9am-11am

Curious about seamlessly flowing from one posture to the next?  This class is for you!  Laura will teach you the mechanics of transitioning from one pose to the next by breaking down the alignment needed in each posture first.  With the use of yoga props and partners, she’ll give you the tools and support needed to then link inversions and arm balances together. This class is for all levels.  All that is needed is an open mind and courage to trust in your fellow yogis!

ACROVINYASA Level 1 with Edward Kasperzak

ACROVINYASA takes yoga from earth to air. Part vinyasa flow, part acroyoga, part inversion training... This practice combines traditional yoga postures with L-based acrobatic flying. The aerial part revolves around one partner (the base) supporting the other (the flyer) in moving through the air in a series of yoga postures. The necessary component for students learning the practice for the first time is the role of the spotter, who makes sure both base and flyer remain safe and properly aligned.

Details on these classes:
- Each class will include a vinyasa warm up, inversion practice and acroyoga. 
- NO prior experience is necessary.
- NO partner is necessary.
- These classes are LEVEL 1 which means they are great for those with a beginner to intermediate practice.
